Daily Program
Attend your daily one-hour appointment for medication, monitoring, and clinical support, then return home.
Transition Planning
As detox completes, we connect you to next-step resources so recovery doesn't stop when the program ends.
Everything Under One Program
Our programs work together as a coordinated system, not a menu of disconnected services. Your treatment plan may include one or several of these depending on your clinical needs.
Outpatient Detox While Living at Home
Our flagship program, medically supervised drug and alcohol detox that lets you stay home, keep working, and maintain your daily life throughout treatment. One hour a day, every day, with a physician-managed care plan tailored to your needs and withdrawal timeline.
Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT)
FDA-approved medications, including Suboxone, Vivitrol, and Naltrexone, prescribed and supervised by our physician to reduce cravings, ease withdrawal, and improve your chances of completing detox successfully.
Withdrawal Management
Structured, physician-supervised management of withdrawal symptoms from alcohol, opioids, benzodiazepines, and other substances. Protocols designed to keep you safe, comfortable, and on track through the hardest days of early recovery.
Day by Day: What to Expect
A clear, honest look at what each day of outpatient detox actually looks like, from your first appointment through the final days of your program. Know what to expect before you begin so nothing catches you off guard.
Providers
Meet the clinical team behind your care. Our providers bring decades of experience in addiction medicine, family practice, and outpatient detox, all working together to support your recovery from day one.
Why Patients Choose Outpatient Detox
Inpatient detox isn't the only path to safe, effective withdrawal management. For the right candidate, outpatient care offers everything inpatient does, with the flexibility to keep living your life.
Keep Working
Our program is built around your schedule. One hour a day means most patients continue working throughout treatment without disruption.
Stay Home
Sleep in your own bed, maintain your routines, and stay connected to your family and support system throughout detox.
Private & Confidential
Your treatment stays between you and your care team. No residential stay means no one needs to know you're in treatment.
Physician-Led
Every care plan is built and supervised by a licensed physician, the same clinical rigor as inpatient, in an outpatient setting.
Insurance Covered
Most major insurance plans cover outpatient detox under substance use disorder benefits. We verify your coverage before you start.
Local & Accessible
Located in Marietta, GA, serving Cobb County, Atlanta, and surrounding communities with in-person daily care.
