Cobb Outpatient Detox Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, patient portal, and related online services operated by Cobb Outpatient Detox (“Cobb Outpatient Detox,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you must not use our website or services.

Our services are intended to support outpatient substance use disorder treatment and related behavioral health services. They do not replace emergency medical care. If you are experiencing a medical or psychiatric emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.

1. Eligibility and Acceptable Use

  • You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use our services, unless otherwise permitted by law and with appropriate parental/guardian consent.

    (a) the amount you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the three (3) months preceding the event, or
    (b) one hundred dollars (US $100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cobb Outpatient Detox and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them or your use of the website or services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
