As the Director of Admissions for Cobb Outpatient Detox, Hector Montana works closely with individuals seeking help and the families who support them. He understands how overwhelming it can feel to make that first call, because he has been there himself.

Hector’s personal recovery journey allows him to approach every conversation with empathy, honesty, and hope. He believes that reaching out for help is one of the most courageous steps a person can take.

He shares a core belief with the organization’s founders: if someone reaches out for help, they deserve support, no matter what. In his role, Hector focuses on removing barriers, providing clear guidance, and ensuring that every individual has a safe and supported path toward recovery.
